I am rejecting this response because: I still want to return the furniture and get my money backI'm sure they have a return policyI only took the furniture because I wasn't getting my refundI was told a check was mailed to meFunny I never got itThe truth is it was never mailedI was lied to and worn down until I just accepted the furnitureIt shouldn't be too late to return it

According to the creditor the money has been refunded to the consumer

Mr [redacted] purchased a sofa and 3pc table set from us on 7/28/He called us a couple of days later to say that he wasn't sure the color of the sofa would work or not He asked if the sofa came in any other colors , we told him that it did not but we would send him pictures of similar sofas in other colorsMr [redacted] then contacted us a couple days later to say that he would rather have the original sofaHe took delivery of the sofa but said he no longer wanted the tables We cancelled the tables and delivered the sofa the week of 8/, he even called the store to say how good the sofa looked in his home Before the refund check on the tables arrived he called and asked for a better price on the tables which we gave him and delivered them the week of 8/It normally takes about to days to process and receive a refund check I don't understand his claim that he was " lied to for "weeks " when all we tried to do was work with him and make him happy, including both of the delivery's which were done after our regular delivery hours to accommodate his work schedule In no way was Mr [redacted] deceived or lied to We work very hard to satisfy each and every customer Sincerely [redacted] ***

On Mon3/the customer came into the store and received her refund check [redacted] called merchant services in regards to the credit card refund [redacted] put the merchant services representative on the speaker phone , the merchant services representative told her that the card had been refunded but that it can take to days for the bank to process it There was no ill will on ***s part to steal her money

Apparently there was some confusion on our part as to what mattress set the customer wanted It has been resolved and the correct mattress has been ordered When we receive the mattress the customer wants we will contact her and schedule a date to exchange it

I am rejecting this response because:Revdex.com:We have paid off the entire purchaseOne would think the creditor paid ems by March, I know we paid the creditor by that timeWhy do I need to wait for a refund?

Consumer stated " The company that I had issues with provided me the furniture and compensated meSo my issue has been resolvedThanks for your help, [redacted] "
