Review: I was contacted by [redacted] in early July. She threw some inedible numbers at me for what we could be paying if we went with their merchant account. After one month, I found out that those numbers are under ideal situations. They ended up costing us money. I called to cancel and an employee named [redacted] was incredibly rude. He stated that he would send a cancellation email which I still have not received and if I wanted to cancel I would have to send back the credit card terminal at my own cost. This is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like EMS to send me a return label to get THEIR merchandise back to them.
