Review: November *, 2013 I purchased two shirts from an EMSshirts.com vendor at a firefighter convention. One shirt was out of stock at the table, so I had to pay extra to have the shirt shipped to me, I was promised the shirt in 4-6 weeks. On January [redacted] I emailed EMSshirts.com letting them know that I had not received my shirt as promised. Phil looked into the issue, on January [redacted], apologized for the misunderstanding, explained the shirt I ordered was no longer being made but he would send out a replacement design that would be ready to ship "shortly". On February [redacted] I asked to be put in touch with a manager as I still had not received a shirt I paid for 15 weeks ago, it had been 4 week since Phil said my shirt would be shipping "shortly". I asked several times to be put in touch with a manager, but my requests were ignored. Phil said the shirt was waiting my approval, however he never asked me to approve the replacement design, just said it would be shipped "shortly". I requested a manager again, I told him I was very unhappy with their service and that EMSshirt needs to make up for this trouble. On February [redacted] he assured me that my shirt would ship "asap" and a refund would follow. I requested a tracking number to follow the shipment and when I could expect my refund, he said refund would take place on either Monday or Tuesday (February 1[redacted] or [redacted]).It is now Wednesday, February [redacted] and I have yet to hear from Phil regarding a tracking number, also I have not received my refund or my shirt. It has now been 16 weeks since EMSshirts.com took money from my account for a product I have never received.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the amount of $34 taken from my account, as well as any other compensation that this company sees fit.
