Review: I entered in to an agreement on 3/28/2014 with this company for bi-weekly comprehensive landscape maintenance. My first complaint is that instead of making payment to the company, it was insisted that I make it payable to the "owner", [redacted].My second and main complaint is failure to comply with the written agreement. After the initial clean-up which established a baseline of how the yard was to be kept (and which was included in the contract and original payment), their maintenance was less than comprehensive. They only satisfied 2 out of 5 agreed upon services in my front and back yard. The lawn had only been mowed. There was excessive weed growth all throughout my yard and scrappings were left in my entry ways. I called the number listed on my agreement on the night of 4/11 (which was the first scheduled recurring maintenance) asking them to come back and finish their work but no reply was ever received. I later called again on the next service date of 4/25 with further complaints of even further neglect to the yard without any success of a return phone call. I have called 2 more times since then repeating my outstanding concerns and request for them to fulfill the agreement without any success.I engaged with this business in an agreement on the condition that I would pay them to clean up my yard to the condition by which I wanted it kept and was assured by Luiz that this was going to be done.Desired Settlement: I am seeking half of April's fee which is $22.50 (half of $45). Further, because they have failed to keep the yard maintained, I must find a replacement company who will charge me a normal clean up fee to deal with all the growth. [redacted] charges $59 for this service so I think that is fair as well. The total reimbursement I am seeking to consider having my complaint fully resolved is $81.50.

Review: I entered into a bi-weekly lawn maintenance service agreement with this company on 3-17-14. Every service has been provided so far until I emailed them on 11-18-14 to cancel the service starting the upcoming month of December, 2014. I indicated that I will resume the service this coming Spring. The first service for November 2014 was done but NOT the second service. After repeated calls and emails - no response.Desired Settlement: I just wanted them to perform the service that they did not perform for the second service for November 2014.

Review: On June 6th I hired a local businessman, landscaper who works in the area to give me an estimate on a patio for my courtyard. It involved removing the existing pieces of concrete, then framing for a new slab of cement 12x17. He was suppose to add coloring to the cement, and then put a pattern of flagstone into the cement. On the day of delivery, the cement truck came about an hour late and it was a very hot day. He poured the cement but it was drying too fast. The color did not take and the pattern did not take as well. We do have a pattern but it's very poor quality. After many discussions on the phone as well as text, he agreed to repair it, even offering to give me my money back. I waited a week for him and he did not honor his agreement. I checked his license, of course after the fact to find he has been using two different licenses, both that are not his. I filed a complaint with the cslb and now with you. After I get more estimates to redo my slab I plan on taking him to small claims court. I think he has left the area.Desired Settlement: I don't want him stepping foot on my property but I would like to be reimbursed for the work done, and be paid for what needs to be done. All in all around 5 thousand should do it. I paid him 1550. cash, unfortunately. It will cost to have it taken out and completely redone.
