Company response taken by phone 4/12/16-nkmRalph Emus from the company states that they were called to the scene and was advised to take the car to [redacted] He states that by the time they had cleared the scene it was after pm He states that procedure for them would be, that they would drop the car off the next business day when it that lateHe states that they were unaware that anyone would have been at the shop to pay them once the car was dropped off He states that they are not open over the weekend so they towed the car to their lotMr Emus states that on Monday morning when they got back into the office, they got a call from [redacted] and states that the person that contacted them was very rude and they advised the company to come and get the carHe states that they also had voice mails from the consumer MrEmus states that although he could have charged the consumer for storage and the additional tow he did not and states that if they had taken the car to the shop that night, the consumer would have had to pay more for the tow
We do not have any written contracts etcat it was an accident and we did not have a choice on who was going to tow it as the police took car of it! My daughter was a victim of a crime in which the other person meant to hit and hurt her! As far as the police report we do not have it yet as *** Police Department will not give us a copyMy daughter's attorney is working on receiving a copy of the police report I have no idea when the attorney will receive it.
