EMX/Flagship refuses to pay past due invoices for years and continues to operate. Refuses to pay/discuss/acknowlege - they are THIEVES!! purchased product in 2009 - sent to D&B for collection - refused to acknowledge - $3205.43 4 years later company is still in operation! they should be shutdown - owner should be held liable.
