I was very pleased with Encore roofing and the work that was done for me. Right from the start I was impressed with the office staff and reasonable quote. The installers were respectful, hardworking and efficient. I was impressed by the professionalism and patience shown when dealing with agitated tenants. This is a company with high standards and good follow through when dealing with customers. I would highly recommend them.
There are several areas that were a definite ten out of ten. Some of the areas that I was most impressed were the following:
1. very detailed quotes and very reasonable prices (and we did receive other quotes for comparison
2. prompt service-there was a very limited amount of time before work began. And once it did the crew was there to work and get the job done. There were not running between jobs.
3. very respectful crew--ie.language, clean up after each day and at the end there was absolutely nothing left behind (nails etc )
4. the boys were here to work and took their 15 minute break and right back to work.
5. Once the work was completed there was followups (one in person) to make sure we were satisfied and were asked if there was anything that we could suggest to improve their service.
I would definitely this company and would certainly use their services again,
