This customer in particular was never told that his firearm would not be shipping until late November? The customer's firearm was pending shipment (awaiting information from his transferring dealer) before we could ship? Customer decided to cancel the shipment and than later disputed the charge because he did not want to pay a cancellation fee? I placed a order with Buck Shot Sporting goods online Aug7th I received a order conformation soon there afterThey said shipping within - business daysThere website stated what I order was in stock so on Aug.21st I emailed asking if the order was in stock and what the hold up
wasThey replied with "Hello! This gun is definitely in stock! Right now we’re on the 10th business day! Normally we’re having everything shipped within 7-business days, but we’re obviously running a little slow on getting yours outWhen this order gets shipped out we’ll send you tracking via email!"So I just continued to wait. Then emailed them again on Sept12th with HelloWe are coming up to the 26th business day since I placed this orderI am starting to worry that I wont even be able to claim the Browning rebate by the time I actually get the gun. They never responded to my email. So I emailed them on Sept21st I would like to cancel my order if you can't get the order outThis is totally ridiculousWell over daysI will start the process next week with my credit card company to get my money back if I don't hear anything. No response from them.
