EnTouch is currently working with [redacted] *** in order for him to purchase his own [redacted] and Power Supply to remove the $charge from his account [redacted] and been educated on the need for this piece of equipment in order for his services to work through EnTouch Once he has purchased and installed the equipment, we will possibly be scheduling an appointment to complete additional work outside his homeCustomer will complete the installation and provide EnTouch with the [redacted] once he purchases the equipmentWe have provided [redacted] with the model number and has been in constant communications with him to get the equipment installed

Mr [redacted] has been contacted and issue resolved EnTouch has credited the [redacted] of $leaving the customer with and credit of $ Credit refund is being processed and should be mailed to the customer by the end of this week (June 9)

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Customer Service Issues I pay for internet service from Entouch, but I have not had working service for weeksMy Entouch phone and TV have also been intermittentI have called their customer support more than times over this periodIt is exceedingly time consuming just to get a hold of an Entouch customer service representative: my wait time to speak with a rep has varied between minutes to over an hour and minutesAnd when I finally do get connected with a rep, they simply tell me the next available "all day" (12-hour appointment window) is 4-days awayI have had a tech come to my house twice over the past weeksBoth times, the tech temporarily restored my internet, only for it to fail again within one dayFor the first service call, I had to take a day off work to wait for the "all day" appointment, and the second time I had to spend my entire Saturday tethered to home, again waiting for an "all day" appointmentMy Entouch fiber ONT box on the side of my house stays exceedingly hotI believe that the ONT is defective and causing my internet outageIn fact, I am concerned that Entouch's ONT is a fire hazard to my houseI have told Entouch this.Refund1) Full refund for weeks of non-service, and 2) release me from my entire Entouch contract Regards,
