I really sorry about your experience, but all of our Tax Prepares have all the requirements to prepare Taxes. As far as I concerned, you Francisco L[redacted] never ask me if I had the necessary experience to prepare your Taxes this year or any previous years with the ones you had never had a problem and were always satisfied with the services. The person who came with you was the one who questioned me about my credentials and talking for you about your Taxes. my credentials are sufficient to elaborated Taxes and my experience validated me to develop the most optimal and effective way to do taxes.
With respect to your dependent we applied all the credits that belong to you according with the interview conducted when you came to do your taxes, your attest your dependent did not live with you all year and you did not bring any documentation that prove she lived with you more than six months, based on that (all the IRS requirements requested for a Tax Prepared to include EIC)you did not qualify for Earned Income Credit. the second time you came to our office, you express the desire of remove the dependent from your Taxes that was when we offer you to amended you Income Taxes at no Fee. Now your bring up to my attention that you want to claim this credit (the only one we did not include in your Taxes ) based on the information you did not provide us.
Your information is safe and secure following all the protocols required by law. But by law our office is required to keep our clients information for at least five years.

Clearly, your staff was not prepare or experience enough to do my tax return in a efficient manner and in a manner where I would not have to correct them. I talk to you the owner and I asked you, do you have the experience needed to do my tax return, you responded I only completed the minimal requirements. Evidently, you should have checked that everything was going to be okay in the manner you prepared my taxes. I had a social security number for my dependent and you didn't award all the money that needed to be. I am very displease and I regret trusting your business to help me prepare my taxes. I have already corrected my taxes with someone that has the experience needed so I feel comfortable with my taxes preparation. I do not want any further business with you, and the information that you have saved in the computer I would like it deleted. I do not trust you with any of my information. I ask from your business to simply give me a refund for the service you couldn't provide.
