We sent Stephen a replacement tire, same item number, on January 6thThis was done via telephone order, not via email that he had sent to us This tire was delivered on January 12th He called on January 6th, having already emailed us on January 4th We sent the replacement tire on order number [redacted] The UPS tracking number is [redacted] .Through email, we had asked for a copy of the receipt and a photo of the tire showing the complaintWhen we received the photo of the receipt, there is a discrepancy with the total amount showing as items purchased, and the bottom total of the receipt In the photo tape is noticeable between the two, so we asked what the difference in price was.I am attaching the telephone call from January 6th and the email with photo for your reviewI will also attach the photo, in the event that you need to enlarge it for viewingAs it stands with us at this time, we have already replaced one tire under warranty, which is what Stephen has provided proof of purchase and defect for If he still has both tires, I would be happy to send a return label to bring them backOnce received, I would send out the second replacement free of charge

We were awaiting a response from the customer as to why these parts needed replaced, and also a copy of the receipt, per warranty instructions. Once this is received, he would be contacted back regarding his parts request

We will reach out to *** for the model information for the bicycle. We'll place an order to send the replacement training wheels out, per the warranty.I will also go through our files to find out why *** was not contacted back on the original request.Thank you,***

I have placed order [redacted] to send a new tire.  Stephen should receive the new tire within 3-7 business days. I am also mailing a USPS Merchandise Return Label.  Stephen can put the label on the outside of the package, and it can be taken to his local post office, or leave it with the regular mail pick up.  This is a prepaid label.

We will reach out to [redacted] via telephone and email to come to a resolution.  We can get an idea of whether replacement parts and/or adjustments will resolve the issues she's having with the bikes.

I checked voicemail for the initial number which was provided during the complaint of [redacted] immediately after receiving this response from the company. The voicemail is not full. There is no reason that a voicemail should not have been left. Communication has not been forthcoming.
