I am rejecting this response because: I have already replaced the [redacted] heater myself. After waiting over a week to have my issue resolved and being out of hot water, I had to do something. The inconvenience I have experienced having to wash my clothes at a laundry mat, shower at a friends, driving back and forth to replace the [redacted] and taking time off work to do the work myself. Originally I was told that there was no contractor in my area on their list and I looked and told them that there was and I was told that they couldn't see the same information I was seeing on their system, all the issues piling up and it took a week just to send the replacement part. I couldn't wait any longer and didn't have the money to pay up front to have someone come out and replace the [redacted] heater. I did all the work myself and had to take a day off work to get this resolved myself for a faulty [redacted] heater. I should at least be reimbursed personally for my time and effort to complete this myself. I had and have no faith that they would be able to resolve the issue and November is not a month to not have hot [redacted] in your home. The average cost for a contractor is about $250.00 to do the work of removing and replacing a [redacted] heater and I think I should be reimbursed that amount.

Review: Purchased a [redacted] heater and started having issues within the first 4 days, contacted Enablx about my issue because they provide support for [redacted]. They tell me that the control panel is bad is that I need a new one. A few minutes later I get a call back and am told that I need to take a picture of the back of the control panel and email it to rtsenablx.com, I send the email about 5 mins later and I think that the part is on its way next day air as promised. I call back two later and am told that I was supposed to call them back after I sent the email to verify that they received the email. The lady was rude and finally checked and saw that I had emailed them and said that I needed the black connector control panel and that it would be shipped out next day air. Two days later nothing has arrived, I call enablx back and talk with an operator who says she is going to get my tracking number and find out what is going on, 5 minutes later she comes back and tells me that I need to talk to another department and transfers me to another department, another 5 minutes later [redacted] answers, she asks for my serial number and I start the whole process all over again. She looks at the notes in my file for this issue and tells me that the part was never actually sent out and doesn't know why, but promises that my file will be noted and the part marked to ship the next day. Two days go by and I receive the part finally but that doesn't fix the issue. I call enablx back and they have me troubleshoot and I am told that the tank needs to be replaced and that I need to drain the tank, take it back to where it was purchased and install the new one. I ask why I have to suffer for a over a week without hot [redacted] in November then when the first trial fix doesn't work, I have to replace the [redacted] heater myself. Finally I am told that they can pay someone to come out and replace it and I will be reimbursed in 4 to 6 weeks.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for [redacted] expenses draining a 50 gallon tank, reimbursement for laundry expenses driving back and forth to do laundry. I want the product replaced at no cost to me. If this is not possible then I want a full refund of the purchase price, and a allowance to pay for installation of a new unit of my choice.
