Let me first say I have found huge benefits with *** and acidic water machines - I really do believe they are great machines
Conversely, my experience with the Enagic service department has been pitiful to painful for the past five years I will relate, generally, two experiences I have had during my annual to semi-annual interactions with the representatives who handle the "recommended" periodic deep cleansing of these machines
When calling the service department, after a short to long hold time, but rarely dialing directly through, representatives answer the phone with an attitude that expresses: I have better things to do, your call is an inconvenience, you are always wrong, and if you happen to be right I will make your experience even worseThe representatives rarely identify themselvesOne representative that I have spoken to, is somewhat friendly, but can be difficult to understand because of a language accent barrierWhen problems arise with the expensive and singleton shipping, payment, and return shipping method used by Enagic you will have to speak to these representatives (the best I can gather there are only a couple of them)In my experience these customer service representatives are, at best, bored or in a hurryAt worst, and this is more often the case, they are rude, dismissive, belittling and even outright hateful
Recently, my machine was to have been cleaned both inside and out for a fee (after shipping, fee, return shipping you would be lucky to get out at less than $100)The outside of my machine was not clean when I pulled it from the shipping boxI called to speak to a representative - she ignored and then dismissed my concerns numerous timesWhen I continued to press that "my machine is dirty on the outside and how am I to know that the inside was cleaned, judging by the outside," she required photographic evidence be emailedI have tried, numerous times to email (there is no email address listed on the Enagic website or anywhere that I have found) pictures of the machineI have sat on hold countless times, often after a 15-minplus wait time my break would be over and I would have to disconnect the call to try again on my next breakI called three times, specifically, to get an email addressI continually received or translated the wrong email addressI may be at fault for failing to get a correct address once or even twice, but I did not misunderstand over and over and over againWhen I finally received, what I believe to be the correct email address the message would not go through because the email size exceeds that which Enagic acceptsI attached twelve pictures to the emailEnagic seems to always be receiving a high volume of callsThe representative was clear that she was not invested or inclined to pay attention to my concernsThis has been the case almost every time I speak with these service representatives
On another occasion, when I had to have a machine cleaned, getting all the appropriate and Enagic "required" documentation was an issueAgain, the "required" documentation is no where to be found on the Enagic website - it can only be obtained by calling, sitting on hold, requesting the email information, and then waiting for three emailsThe service representative, this time around, could not be convinced that the "required" shipping documents had not been received via emailAfter many belittling questions like "did you actually check your email," this representative was not even apologetic, when to prove her point, she went into her sent emails to confirm that I was wrongUnfortunately, for everyone, she found that she had input the email address incorrectlyThis representative likely would not have even disclosed this information if she hadn't made such a point of the fact that she was going to "re-send" the email she had "already" sent and that I should note, upon receipt, the time/date stamp on the previous emails she had "already" sent
This is all just my opinion, based on my experiences, but if I had it do over I would not have spent close to $7,for two water machines and the occasional and expensive, but guaranteed, annual to semi-annual string of frustrating calls, interactions, emails, etc

This company has been very professional and helpful when I had questions for them about their system I can tell they hold their business and product in high regard

I bought my Enagic Kangen Water ionizer in My husband's arthritis "magically disappeared" after just a few weeks of drinking itIn years his arthritis has not returnedNor have my allergies, my acid reflux or my skin issues.We have shared water with hundreds of people and have had many many such stories - some sounding too good to be trueI compared all brands of ionizers FOR HOURSand monthsto the ridiculous degreeI am a very thrifty person and I was NOT about to make a mistake on this very expensive investment I called many companies and compared warrantiesEnagic is the ONLY ionizer with a MANUFACTURER'S warranty(A "Lifetime warranty means nothing from some distributor) They are also the only company whose system has the deep cleaning feature that ensures many more years of good quality ionized water I would HIGHLY recommend an Enagic Kangen Ionizer system to anyone who cared about their healthyears later I am SO glad I made the right choice!

Enagic USA, Inc. is the easiest company I have ever worked with. I always have had excellent service and everyone is extremely nice and very helpful.

I have been dealing with Enagic for the last 3 years and have been very pleased with their repsonses to my questions and quick shipping of the products I purchase from them. They are a very reliable and honorable company!

I have found their life altering water device to be fabulous. It restored my health so I was able to reverse my skin cancer. It has helped me in other areas, I sleep better, no longer get sick or have colds, My joints are better and have no arthritis pain. I feel it helps me stay much healthier so as to prevent disease.

I have done business with many companies in the past. Buying from Enagic has been one of my best experiences. I recommend them to my family and friends because I know they will be well taken care of should they have a problem with their ionizer.

They also make a first class product. I have owned mine for 5 years without problems and have purchased their other products as well.

I also like the fact they have offices in the United States should I need help.

I have had my Enagic Sd-501 for 7 years now with no problems whatsoever. I purchased an additional sd-501 so I could help more people. My husband purchased his before we even dated because he noticed that his gout in his feet lessened until he no longer experienced any pain with it. The body healed itself because of this medical device. I just have to say that Enagic is the most ethical company I have ever been involved with and is the only company that uses all and only medical grade parts. To the people who have filed complaints about Enagic I could tell they didn't know what they were talking about and I believe that these are made up complaints as they make no sense. They obviously dont know anything about the medical devices as I can see right through the lies. For instance o e complaint was that Enagic forces her to buy a bigger machine because she has cancer and the smaller ma hi e doesn't have the beauty water. That's something that Enagic would NEVER do!!! For one beauty water isn't the water you drink and has nothing to do with treating cancer. I've lost friends, loved ones amd customers to cancer so it's a hot spot for me! These knock off companies think they can come I here and make up complaints to turn honest hard working people who are looking to improve their health by drinking Kangen water(ENAGICS MACHINES ARE THE ONLY
MACHINES THAT MAKE KANGEN WATER) the knock offs use their name which is illegal by the way! My point in saying this is that people are being tricked by this parasitic advertising and I take that seriously because if someone with cancer falls for it they could very well lose their life just so the knockoff companies who compare themselves to Enagic can make a dishonest buck!!! This should be about helping people not screwing them out of their money and their health. These knockoffs companies are blood guilty in my opinion and I have no tolerance for them. Enagic has stood by all their products and are more than fair with people. I've experienced it. I've seen how they treat my customers. They put a new generator in my mothers machine because it was making a little click noise that bothered my mom. They said the machine was functioning properly but out in a new generator to keep her happy and they paid for shipping there and back. They don't tear their ma Hines down when and if they get a returned one. They use them as loaners for when we send our machine in for anything so their customers do t have to be without the water. They did this for my mom. Whoever is making up these complaints about this company is lying to make Enagic look bad so the people that are wanting to purchase an ionized from Enagic get thrown off and buy one of their knockoffs. People do your due diligence and keep researching. Don't believe everything g you read in here because when you know the truth and have dealt with a company first hand for as long as I have you recognize lies about them because you know well how they run their business and these claims of complaints are bogus!!! Dig deep and don't just believe people... I've really learned to follow the trail where they came from and please be careful of these parasites just wanting your money and not caring about you or your health at all.

Enagic is a great company that produces life-changing water from machines that have helped many people including myself. There's always self-responsibility to seeking more information and doing one's own homework, but if you want answers, there are plenty of distributors willing to help. If they don't know the answers, they are usually able to contact someone else who does. Overall, great company and amazing products!

Thank you and Enagic for providing unmatched quality and performance products! We purchased our K8 Kangen Water machine over a month ago. Both me and my wife are impressed with the machine and different types of water it produces. It is truly the best Health investment we have ever made and worth every penny of it!! My brother owns SD501 Kangen Water machine over a year now and he's happy with it as well.

I would like to highly endorse Enagic's superb products and high level of customer service. I have three of their ionizers which are EXCELLENT. One of the ionizers is over 5 years old and has had many thousand gallons passing through it, and it still works as well now as it did when I first purchased it. I have been working with the company for almost 6 years and at ALL times, I have received a high level of customer support, quality of technical support, and a friendly person to person caring and efficient response from their staff.
Yes, they do get busy in their California office, and I would love them to increase the level of staffing for a slightly quicker response time, but one can always find the answer from other areas of support from one's local office and the Enagic distributorship. Excellent company to invest your time and energy into.

This Kangen water from this amazing medical device from Enagic has saved my life. It saved my career which is what I was afraid of loosing due to chronic pain and fatigue. I had planter fasciitis in both feet, arthritis in my neck, tennis elbow in both elbows, joint pain in my knees, psiatic nerve pain in both sides... Chronic back pain, etc etc etc... All gone now because of this amazing ionizer from Japan. My husband has no more gout pain in his feet and can eat red meat and drink beer without having a gout attack the way he used to after eating red meat and beer. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants relief from any degenerative disease or if the just want to be preventative and avoid these issues in the first place. I wouldn't buy any other machine out there. This is the one for me. I own 2!of them and my husband owns one. I'm going to buy the k8 soon so I can share with more friends and family!!! Enagic is the ONLY way to go.

I have had my Kangen Water SD501 Platinum machine for 5 years now and have had nothing but amazing experiences with this company.

I purchased a $4600.00 product and due to personal reasons, decided to return it before the 30 days allowed for returns. The Dallas office people were very unfriendly when they heard the word "return". I personally returned the item to their office and they deducted $100.00 stocking fee which I never knew about. Story short, it took them over a month to refund my credit card after putting me on hold for two hours, numerous upsetting phone calls and emails. You better be serious about buying products from this company otherwise, you may easily loose a few thousand dollars.
