Review: I placed an order with them over 2 weeks ago. After a week I sent an email asking where the item was and they responded 4 days later saying it was on back order. I repeatedly emailed them back and stated that I wanted to cancel my order and they never returned my emails. I attempted to call both phone numbers listed on their website. One number was disconnected and the other kept going to a voicemail in which I left messages. I viewed my credit card statement and noticed they still took the money for the item even though I cancelled it over a week ago. I would like my money back! Thank you.

Review: I made a purchase from www.enailsupply.com on 11/29/2013 at 1:00pm for a BaByliss PRO Volare X2 Clipper and a BaByliss PRO Volare V2 Mid-Size Black Dryer for a total of $181.45 including shipping and handling. They had a sale that was listed on their website when I purchased the items, and the sale is still currently listed on their website that if you purchase the BaByliss PRO Volare X2 Clipper, they will send you the BaByliss PRO Volare V2 Mid-Size Black Dryer for free. I received an email on December 3, 2013 saying my order was shipped out today and received two UPS tracking numbers. Twelve minutes later I receive another email that my order was shipped out today and this time it only included tracking number [redacted]. I tried tracking the packages via the UPS website and the first tracking number showed up as:

12/03/2013 7:10 P.M. Order Processed: Ready for UPS

12/03/2013 7:55 P.M. Voided Information Received

When looking up the other tracking number on the UPS website it shows:

Longwood, FL, United States 12/07/2013 1:08 P.M. Tracer request. / Lost package tracer.

United States 12/03/2013 7:12 P.M. Order Processed: Ready for UPS

I called the shipper for several days and left them three messages to never get a returned phone call.

On 12/09/2013 I called and finally was able to get someone to pick up the phone and he told me that he called UPS in regards to my package and that UPS was launching an investigation to find out where my package was. That same night I received the package from the USPS and it only contained the clipper, not the "free blow dryer" that was supposed to come with it. I callled eNail Supply several times on 12/10/2013, left them a voicemail, and emailed their customer service with the issue. Finally someone answered the phone when I called and told me that the sale ended a month ago and they could not honor the sale price but they could send me a return shipping label and issue me a full refund.Desired Settlement: I request to have the company send me the Blow dryer that was supposed to hav come included with my purchase.

Review: I ordered a nail package from this business on 11/21/2015, they have never delivered the item ordered and they have all my credit card information. I have tried to email the site provided on my confirmation and have called the number listed which indicates that the voice mail is full.Desired Settlement: If they are not going to communicate with me, they can adjust my account.
