the rims delivered to the customer all the way in Cleveland. When the customer looked at the wheels "he said that the damage on one of the wheels was not the damage that he caused" and wanted to keep one  of the wheels and have us deliver him another one that was less damaged. It is our policy that when a customer damages the car they pay for the repair out of their pocket or file an insurance claim, we are not required to return the damaged parts back to the customer. But though that we would try to keep this customer happy and had the wheels delivered to him all the way to Cleveland. The customers $1000 deductible was used to purchase 2 new wheels for the vehicle to replace the once's that he damaged, that is why we will not be able to refund the customer his $1,000.
