The only information families can see is a candidate's first name,
last initial and nanny ID number. No one has access to personal
information, such as phone number, email address, etc. In order for a family to
contact a nanny, they must first send a message through the account. It is then
up to the nanny to reply and provide contact information.
It would have been helpful for this customer to contact our
service directly, so that we could have assisted her. We did call, but after explaining who we were and our desire to resolve this matter, we were disconnected. 
The account is now closed and all information has been
removed.
