informed them that as soon as I'm available that I will go address the issue was not being avoided it's just that I did not have the time it was not leaking in the house it was a patio issue.  June 22nd received a complaint from the Revdex.com indicated mr. [redacted] file a complaint with the Revdex.com indicating false accusations on his complaint and if he would read the contract indicating that my warranty was Labor one year not a lifetime.I contacted mr. [redacted] reference to the complaint and I told him that I would have dressed the issue on June 27th 2017 by email. And phone conversation  with mr. [redacted].The issue was taking care of to the best of my abilities and I do have photo copies and receipts of material purchased to address the issue and I also inform mr. [redacted] by email and received a reply from his wife indicating that I was done fixing possibly leaks so at this time I have addressed the issue until further issues occur I'm assuming they should not and I have addressed the issue to the best of my abilities and I believe that the complaint should be removed and no negativity should occur on my Revdex.com record please free to contact me at [redacted] or by email at [redacted]mThank you [redacted] ENC Construction
