From the get go I was having issues so I should have used my best judgement and moved on to another oneBut, they did have great prices for what you getI started out with one lady and was moved onto another which never gets back with you on emailsI then a week before the wedding tried to get in touch with Terry to set up an appttime to meet her and her show me where to go since it was not a place to meet and no signs for people to look forShe finally emailed me back stating we can meet after that dayI agreed drove hours to meet her and she was a no showI got no email no text no anythingI tried to call her and after the 2nd call she sends me a text saying sorry we had a last minute weddingI was a little mad but gave her some slackThen she said we could meet after so yet then again no email no call she was no where to be foundI get an email saying I will meet you the day before the wedding to show you where to go
Oh the wedding was beautiful after being rushed to get out of the car when the groom was still showing people how to get there the ring bearer got lost cause there were two other weddings going on and Terry did not want to wait on them so the best man had to do thatThe pictures that were taken were all the same no real editing to them and the ones my family and friends took were betterI paid for music and did not get the musicThe sand for the sand ceremony was straight off the beach so it was damp and hard to pour we had to tap it non stop to get it to come out then it sprayed all over the tableNeedless to say at least I got great pictures from my family and friends
I was disappointed in my experience with Enchanted Beach Weddings. My husband and I were, of course, excited to have a destination wedding. We are from Houston, TX and I had family flying in from Kansas.
NOTE... This was off season. We were married December 5, 2015.
When we first talked to Terry on the phone she was very friendly and helpful. Then once she received her final payment things changed. Every question I would ask her she would take days to weeks to respond. Then the answers to my questions were "it's on my website." There were times when my answers weren't on her website. Her attitude completely changed.
Our next interaction with her was when we met with her the DAY before our wedding. We arrived about 30 minutes early and when we get there the door was locked. This wasn't to alarming until it was a quarter after, the scheduled time, and she wasn't there yet. I called Terry and she said that she had to do something and was 5 minutes away. A simple phone call, email or text would have been sufficient. Since it was the day before the wedding we had no other choice but to use her at this point. She shows up about 15 minutes later and is not friendly at all. This is our special time and she made us feel like we were bothering her. WE PAID HER to organize our wedding, she wasn't free. So, we walk in and I ask to use the restroom, she says to me "it's back there" and points. She doesn't turn any lights on or make us feel welcome at all. We sit down with her to talk through our wedding. Through the whole meeting she seemed to not have her heart in this conversation. She didn't make eye contact or smile once through our whole 15 minute conversation. She was very nasty to work with. She didn't even show us where we would be meeting for our wedding. Terry pointed it out and said we should just go by.
The next day, our wedding day, there was 1 phone call asking what color flower I wanted for the beach. Next is when we showed up to the beach site. When we arrived she, again, had no smile on her face and was very direct and bossy to my wedding party and guests. She appeared to be fighting with the officiant.
After the wedding she took our pictures and she bossed us around through the poses, she took 1 picture per pose and left. Thankfully I have a friend that was there that brought his camera and got beautiful shots of our wedding. The pictures we got from her, 6 weeks later were basic pictures. The pictures are not professional grade quality at ALL. She had no urgency in getting them back to us either.
I called her a week after the wedding, excited to see my pictures or know how they came out and her response was "I don't know, I haven't even looked at them." She also tells me "don't expect them until after the holidays." When I received the pictures they weren't that great, I was happier with my friend's pictures.
After calling the courts everyday to make sure she filed our license, on day 7 I found she had finally filed our license.
She is not courteous, pleasant or professional at all. I would not recommend her at all. I find it interesting that she doesn't have herself on YELP or any other site for reviews. Thank you to Revdex.com.
