I wouldn't use the word great at all if they feel this is great I am shocked they haven't had more complaints against them The only thing I asked from this business is they make it right and get the stains out of the carpet as they agree'd to do so we can sell our home and give us what we paid for Quik Dry is a rip off they claim they can't get out stains then why do they have a professional carpet cleaning service and claim they can do it until you pay them then the story changes The carpet job was horribly and I have the photo's proving this how can she even feel she is right about this? Everyone I know who has come to my house told me I shouldn't of paid and they are disgusted by the job Quik Dry did for us She claims she couldn't get the stains out and I have since researched online and found out urine, dye, makeup ect are not permanentAnother thing is if she told me this on the phone why would I have paid $to have her come and clean it? Who pays that much to have a shampoo? It was for spot removal If I was told that the stains would never come out I would of never hired this company our goal was not to have the carpet cleaned it was to have the stains removed so we could sell our home and I told the owner this when I calledI have a carpet cleaning machine built into my vacuum and would of used that if I wanted that to just have clean carpetI wanted the stains removed and I am disappointed the owner is being unreasonable now that she has cashed our checkI am very disgusted the way the owner is handling this and calling a customer a liar isn't really good eitherEspecially when I am a very honest personShe is saying these spots are not able to removed and we wont be able to do itI guarantee we WILL be able to remove these spots and WILLI can't believe their cleaning job didn't even get dried up food the grandkids spilled the day beforeWhat will Quik Dry get up? I'm writing in response to the follow-up complaint by [redacted]. As I stated in the first response, the dye, bleach, & urine stains are permanent. She was told on the phone before we cleaned, & in in person, that they would not come out. I'm sorry that they still feel...
the job was not done properly, but as she mentioned, if they were to hire another company or do it themselves, they would clearly see that the spots will not come out regardless. In all of her complaining, she failed to mention that the steps actually looked great! It was never mentioned about them needing to be re-cleaned, as she states in 2nd complaint. [redacted] wanted the bedrooms upstairs & a spot in the master bedroom closet re-cleaned, which we DID do. I don't understand why she keeps lying about things. Her daughter DID go upstairs & look at it while my son was standing there, &[redacted] looked at the master bedroom closet, as she denies that happened, saying it looked great. It was 2 days, not 3, when I called her husband back for the 2nd time, with one day being Sunday.
