This order has actually already been fully refundedSee attached photoWe had to cancel this due to it not arriving timely(Pre Order) As mentioned in our policies, pre orders may be delayed as we are not in control of the timing

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me While the items were delivered, one of the items were not delivered when promisedI was forced to contact the Revdex.com as the above company has no phone number by which to contact them and they would not respond to repeated emails asking for an update and/or tracking numbers so I could track the items.While I was happy with the quality of the items, due to customer service issues I will not order from them in the future.Thank you, [redacted] ***

Hi! We did resend the beanie that was not receivedI will attached the tracking number showing it has been deliveredWe also had the beanie refunded due to a mistake in it being left out of the original packageRefund receipt attachedIn this case, I am not sure what more we could have done:(

Hi,This customer was asking about her items and why they hadn't shippedWe informed her that one item had shipped already but that the other items were pre order items that took 2-weeks as listed on our websiteWe attached the tracking number for the item that had shippedApparently the
customer did not see the attachment and sent a rather rude email back asking for the tracking number againWe said it was sent in the previous email, but we will attach it again here, and did soShe replied with another message about how she was "dumbfounded" it took so look for a tracking and "GEEZ!!!" how ridiculous it wasTakeOne, our system automatically sends tracking emails and we had already sent it twice(I can also provide the emails to prove that) Unfortunately we knew we were not going to be able to please herThat, combined with the fact that we were treated poorly simply due to her misunderstanding, and her once AGAIN asking about the pre order items that were currently in week of the 2-week time frame led us to believe that we should simply cancel this orderWe have listed in our policies that we can cancel as order any time we see fit and that we have every right to refuse an order if need beWe felt it was in our best interest to cancel this order and fully refund the pre order itemsTreat others as you wish to be treatedCustomer's who send rude and hateful emails, do not deserve our items at a FIFTY PERCENT DISCOUNT as she didAfter we let her know we would cancel her order and felt that it was in our best interest, she sent us a threatening email saying she would do everything possible for the next days to destroy our reputation until she got her itemsEven though they had already been refundedSee attachments.Customer's who threaten us in that way "If we do not send their items" will most definitely get their money returned to themWhich she did!

Hi, This item was refunded a while ago as soon as we were asked to cancel/ refund it. This was a pre order item that does take a few weeks before shipping. I attached a copy of the refund receipt. If the customer has not received the funds back, the credit card must be closed. We were never...

notified by the customer saying they hadn't received their refund, however if we were notified, we would have looked into it immediately. Instead we were unaware. The card must still be active in order to receive the funds back into the card. If the customer attempted to contact us by DM on Instagram, we list in our bio that we do not use DM due to all of the spam we receive there. Thank you
