In A-Z auction's response, they do NOT address either of the two main issues - many missing LARGE items and the auctioneer selling my items to himself at silly low prices - a major conflict of interest - this activity has come to light through his emails
In A-Z's response there are many factual errors
The author of the response was never at my home and so can have no direct knowledge of was spoken that dayA to Z auction loaded two large trailers and a pickup truck to almost over loadingThere were so many items, it took men about hours to load it all and that was with myself helping at timesWe are down sizing from a sq ft home after years of gathering all kinds 'stuff' over the yearsIn our list of missing items, we did not include small or low sales price items that could be included in 'box lots' salesWe DO have photographs of the missing items sent to A to ZWe started an inventory list of items - I believe that it has about or so items on the list before we changed to photographs - much faster and shows the actual item. I have attached a few photographs
I specifically asked about tagging the items and was told at least twice that they just kept all my items together and sold them together so they didn't need tagsI asked to change to email vs phone contact so there would be NO questions of what was said and both sides will have a written recordIf Mr *** had verbally told me that he was buying my items at his own auction - I don't think that he would later admit that he said thatMr *** has sold some of my items, at his auction, to himself - a major conflict of interestWho was he representing - my interest or his? In an email sent to me on July he states that he bought a underwater camera system and case that I had sent to his auction. Here is the email he sent to me:

***you will be receiving another check as we sold some of the items you
are acquiring about on TuesdayI still have your sledThe plant was a
box lot no one wanted it I could not even get a bid on it also your
camera has already sold As I am the one that purchased it .It should be
on your first pay listI also still have your stereo and the lead piece
of glass I believe that is all that I have left some of your items that
you are acquiring about would say choice item or table top because at
the end of the night after two weeks we let people take their choice on
the table then clear out everything on that table because we only sell
the same persons items for weeks then we must move on if you have any
concerns feel free to call (765) 318-*** thanks ***
As Mr *** activity of buying items at his own auction has come to light, I started asking for the list of buyers for large or valuable items that sold at ridiculously low pricesNot only would he not send a copy , he would not even tell me who the buyer wasAs I kept asking about specific large items, they would later show up as sold for really, really low pricesFor example Mr. *** claims that he sold a Empire Mahogany table in very good condition with custom made cover for $10- photo belowThat is less than the sales tax you would pay when you bought this table at any shop in IndianapolisI really don't believe that it sold for that low price unless it went to a 'special' personWhen A to Z picked up the table, I forgot to send the extra extension with the table so when I learn the buyers name and number I will be happy to deliver the extension, at NO charge, to the lucky person that bought this fine table at such a low, low price.
Several large or valuable items remain missing including a large lead glass window, very nice carousel music box, large Sony stereo, Cherry crib, circular saw, 12v spot light, foot massager, large LP tanks and othersThese items are to large or valuable to be sold in 'box lots'
