Review: I was charged for a custom product on August 11th for my Wedding. I contacted the company September first for an update I was told the item would ship at the end of the week. On Sept 25 I asked for a refund as the product still wasn't shipped, I was told thst she had lost my order information in an outage and was never told she would send the product or refund me. I contacted [redacted] and it had been to long so they would not refund me. I contacted the seller on Sept. 27th begging for the product or refund and she did not respond so I contacted my bank for a refund. I have contacted the seller via her webpage, her [redacted] webpage, and email. Seller blocked me from contacting her however I have all past conversations.Desired Settlement: I just would like a refund sent to me ASAP. I work hard, this is theft. She knows she never sent the product, and blocking my contact is terrible customer service.

Review: I ordered 4 items from Enchanted Witchery in a "Witches Emporium" on [redacted], on 07/24/2014. I ordered 2 signs, 1 of which was a special order (personalized), and 2 goodie bags with 1 to be sent to my neice in KY and the other to be sent with my 2 signs. I was told that my items may take a little longer to arrive, because of the special order. I was planning to move from Alaska to Arizona in late September, but figured there was plenty of time to receive my items before moving. After waiting several weeks, I private messaged Enchanted Witchery on [redacted] 08/20/2014, asking where my items were. I was told that they were running a bit behind. My neice informed me she had received her goodie bag that day. I private messaged them again on 08/28, 09/03, and 09/10. I got the following reply on 09/10 "Hi [redacted], I am not sure if you were aware that Lady [redacted] has been in the hospital. She has returned home today and will be back at work tomorrow afternoon. I am not sure what to say about this as I know she was working with you on this and not sure what the situation is. I will be meeting with her as soon as she arrives in and will speak with her about this and have it taken care of for you. If the parcel has been lost I will ask her about replacing it for you but can not authorize this myself. I am sure she will be ok with replacing it though. Thank You Crystal Customer Service EW" I had also left several messages on their page on [redacted] asking where my items were, but was then banned from leaving messages (!!??!!). I then informed them again of my move and my new address as it was coming up soon. I have left them several more private messages asking for a shipping number to track the package if it was sent, but have been ignored. I have now completed my move and want either a refund or my items as ordered. I've spoken with another person who ordered items in August and has not received them yet. I'm sure there are more.Desired Settlement: I would like my 2 signs and the goodie bag I ordered to be delivered to me in a timely fashion. If this is not possible, then I would like a refund of $97.35 (total of $127.35 minus the $30 for the goodie bag my neice did receive). I would also like an apology from Enchanted Witchery for the frustration and very poor custumer service given to me by them.
