Enclave Apartments

I applied for a Modified Income Unit at this complex but after reviewing Yelp reviews about "Hidden Costs" I decided to withdraw my application
I filled out paperwork and gave them all of mine and my daughters personal informationIncluding tax documents, pay stubs, social's etcI applied on Sunday the 13th around 2pmMy daughter and I were both missing information on the applicationI was told that the application was not complete and would not be submitted until I emailed the missing info to *** the following dayDespite this I signed the application and paid $Application fee along with a $holding feeI left there and did some Yelp research to find that tenants complaining about hidden costs and armed robberyI emailed *** first thing Monday morning and advised her that I would not be providing the missing info to complete the application because I did not want to move forward with the rental processI went to pick up my money order's and file with all of my pers

This is by far the worst apartment I have ever been in. Monica is by far the worst manager and Angee is by far the worst assistant manager. They have found every little reason to pick on my family and I, to kick us out for no reason. They have even refused our rent so that they can scheme on evicting us. It is very clear that they are prejudice against us. They have singled us out and ever since they have always made a complaint about anything, I believe it has a lot to do with the color of our skin. From all the complaints I see filed against this company and how their business is handled I want to stay far away from the name grey star.
