Enclave Property

I am a Vietnam era Veteran and my wife is a Desert Storm/Desert Shield totally disabled veteran We had been living at the Enclave since Nov and never had a late payment or issues until we transferred to a bigger unit on April which we accepted unpainted despite it needing a total repaint The carpeting was also not new at the unit but we still accepted the unit Due to the deteriorating health conditions of my wife (terminal lung disease) I had to constantly call the Mgtto correct A/C issues at least times during the year Each time only a quickie temporary fix was done with the problem redoing itself only days later With insect problems and other issues brought to the attention of Mgt., they became perturbed and at the last month demanded we move and refused to renew They subsequently withheld our entire deposit, charged us for an entire repaint of the facilities and when I informed them that the tenant before us had been there approxyears and our
