ENCOA will be sending [redacted] a check to cover the difference between the $0.0619/kWh rate that she has paid and the $0.05424/kWh rate that she should have gotten through AEP. Her usage during this time period was 5,720 kWh times the difference of $0.00766, resulting in a refund of $43.47. The difference between the $0.05589/kWh rate she is now on and the $0.5424/kWh that she would have been eligible for at that time, results in a differential of $0.00165/kWh times an annual volume of 5,720 kWh results in a secondary refund of $9.438.
This results in a net refund of $52.91 that will be mailed to [redacted] this week.
