Encompass Builders identified hail damage on some of the windows in our home in Rockford, IL. They worked effectively with our insurance company to get new replacement value Pella window coverage for the damaged ones. We took the opportunity to expand the project and replace all the windows and patio doors in the house with the same style, since the originals all had limited life left on them. Encompass did a great job throughout the entire project, were very efficient in getting the entire installation done within our schedule constraints, and paid close attention to proper sealing and taping techniques to maximize the insulation qualities of the windows. Interior trim replacement and stain matching was done very well also. Would highly recommend Encompass for window replacement work.
