Better off going it alone. 6 months of payments, over 3k and 2 of 5 creditors still no action. Those two creditors have reported to credit bureau. No word in two months. When calling phone number for help it doesn't even appear to be a legitimate business. I will be asking for refund and parting ways when I am able to contact a representative.

TERRIBLE! Don't ever go through them. I started with them thinking they would help my recovery process, pay down my credit, etc in November of last year. One of my creditors I had never had a delinquent payment until going through them/ I now have 2 late payments (Feb and Mar) on my credit report BECAUSE OF THEM, and the creditor won't remove them as a goodwill. They would only try to settle 1-2 accounts, never for settlement letters as promised, etc. They are a terrible company, will charge you outrageous fees, etc. YOU ARE BETTER OFF WORKING WITH CREDITORS YOURSELF!

Encompass Recovery Group did a great job consolidating my debt. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. They were very helpful. Slow to respond, but the results were what I was looking for.

They did consolidated all but one account, which was pretty good; however, when I asked to pull from the program they would not return emails. I finally called and they told me it would take 3-5 business days to get the balance on my account, which was around $900. 7 business days later, I still have not received my refund. They love to charge you little fees for everything. I'd recommend a different debt consolidation company. Do your research before committing.

Many thanks to Mr. Beck L. for assisting me with debts that I would have never been able to overcome on my own. Very professional and able to work with me on a budget that I can handle!

This company is horrible. I contracted with them to help me negotiate $7,438.00 in payday loan debt. Supposedly they worked it out with the creditors that I would only pay back $4,994.07. They set me up on a payment plan and I was paying it every two weeks then I was unable to meet the payments and paid a lower payment for 3 payments and then had to stop. So they recently contacted me about getting back on track and I told them I would be in a position to start back up but could my bi-weekly payment of $27.93 be reduced in any way to make it more manageable. They came back with an offer that would add an additional $2,984.60 to the total I would be making back just to reduce the bi-weekly payment. To date, I have paid them $3,884.16 none of which has been sent to any of the creditors. There total fee of $5,083.41 is more than the amount I owe the creditors. Not to mention all of the paperwork with them (contracts, agreements, etc) is electronic so you have no access to a copy of anything. I am hiring an attorney.

After getting in contact with encompass recovery and having my file overlooked by the manager Jonathan M. my issues with them have been resolved. Mr. M. helped me significantly by assuring me that my issue would be resolved and made sure every step of my resolution was being met. He not only got me a refund for what I had over paid but kept in contact assuring me that my business was important to them. I believe that if Mr. Mundo spreads his customer service skills this business will do better in future accounts.

I had previously given this company I won star bad they reached out to me letting me know that they were taking care of everything and explain in detail everything that was going on. Previously I was not getting any emails back or contacted. But the new manager Jonathan M. reached out to me and gave me all the information I needed and is working with me now. So I have change my opinion and hope that they continue to work on my account with creditors to get everyone paid off.

The company did not do any fraud and customer service has been ok. The only issue is with their fees and it became quicker to contact the debt companies all together and negotiate with them then to be able to pay out all the fees.

As a new client with Encompass Recovery Group...I've had the best help from the company...Iam being treated with the upmost respect...Miracel and Dominick have been amazing...they both have reassured me that I am in good hands...they treat me just like they would want to be treated...if they were in my debit situation...thank you so much for your time that they give me...and I recommend this company.

I absolutely CAN NOT recommend this group. Their fees are astronomical and I had to terminate my contract with them. I paid over 1600 dollars to them and they ONLY paid out 425.00 to two companies...and the rest they kept as their "fees." I did agree to have them represent me....but it became much too costly!!!
