I needed an antenna to replace the one that broke off of my 2002, Sony CFD-GPDW CD/Cassette Player Boombox radioI could only find one advertised by Encompass and another one from an overseas company in Greece, so I chose Encompass
Although their shipping time was a bit slower than I would have liked, the antenna was easy to install and fit my radio perfectly

These Jokers took my order and information and never sent part - I had to call 10 days later to find out it was on back-order with no date when the part would be sent .
Are you supposed to wait forever . Also the customer rep seemed to be annoyed when I just said cancel the order and refund me. Make sure they actually have the products they are seling

This company was offered a monopoly on certain Toshiba replacement products allowing them to charge an outrageous price for my laptop battery. Due to Toshiba's incompetency and this company taking advantage of a limited market, they charge $116 for something that should cost no more than $75 USD.

Ordered three Dacor oven light bulbs on December 17. Called on December 29 since no ship notice received. Website said they were in stock on date of order. Customer service says only one in stock and I asked them to cancel the two back ordered bulbs and to ship just one. $6.79 for bulb. They charged $6.95 to ship and I received January 10. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Excessive costs.

Nearly two months for one small part to arrive. Part was never backordered according to order status. Multiple inquiries and part finally showed up. No adjustment to cost or shipping and handling. Very little communication or explanation. Look elsewhere for your parts.

Do not work with Encompass Supply Chain. When seeking a replacement stand for a Sharp TV, Sharp reviewed e to Encompass. After two weeks of delays and repeated calls to Encompass, I was able to find out that the part was not ordered in a timely manner from Sharp. After 46 minutes on the phone with 4 people, they finally found the parts in receiving. When I demanded that the mishandled order be cancelled, I was told that it would result in a restocking fee. Finally speaking with Supervisor #4, she cancelled my order without fee. Their customer service is deplorable. Their processes are flawed. Try [redacted].com instead!

My Toshiba laptop was having an intermittent problem. The display would not come on when awakening from sleep mode. Closing and opening the lid several times was usually successful in restoring a normal display.

10/22/15 Dropped off laptop at Encompass. Received no claim number or claim check.

10/28/15 Having heard nothing, I phoned and spoke with Zach. He said the HDD was bad and needed to be replaced. That made no sense to me, so he suggested I come in and speak with Desiree, the customer service supervisor.

10/29/15 Went to Encompass and explained the symptoms to Desiree and that I thought the HDD could not be the problem. She assured me that it was, and I authorized the repair for $174.99. She said the repaired unit would be bench tested for 48-72 hours, just to make sure.

10/30/15 Zach phone to say the unit is ready for pickup.

10/31-11/1 Spent 16 hours re-loading my programs, program updates and data on the new HDD.

11/2/15 Display did not come on when awakened from sleep mode. Closing the lid and re-opening was successful (original problem).

11/3-11/15 Display appearance upon awakening was inconsistent. Sometimes needing three or four closings and openings.

11/16/15 Display would not appear even with total reboot. Returned the unit to Encompass and related the symptoms to Desiree. She said they would look at the unit again and that there would not no charge for labor--only for parts, if needed. She promised to e-mail me that afternoon with the new ticket number.

11/19/15 To date, no promised email, no phone call. Spoke with Desiree on the phone and after a long hold while she located the paperwork, she told me the tech said I needed a new LCD display. I told her that I was not happy with that diagnosis due to the intermittent nature of the symptoms. I told her I had no confidence in the diagnosis, since the HDD was unnecessarily replaced, causing me to spend an entire weekend re-loading my programs and data. I picked up the unrepaired unit and when I booted up at home, the display came on normally. The unit was dirty and had a damaged area in the left lower portion of the screen which was not present before they worked on it.
Four months later, the unit is still working (somewhat worse for the damage they caused) unless the lid is closed and re-opened. Apparently, the only thing they know how to do at Encompass is to replace parts that are not needed.

I have an Emerson LC320EMX After 45 minuteson hold I get assistance with my order telling me the stand part #[redacted] would be $15.56. In addition I would need to purchase the stand screw kit part # [redacted] for $4.44. The stand however had a shipping price of $99. Seeing that must be an error it was put on hold an additional 15 minutes. I was then told a supervisor fixed the problem. Total shipping on both items is $6.95. Then an email is sent to me that both parts are available. Also, on 6/19 I received a second email the screws shipped. I received the screws with full $6.95 shipping charged but no base stand. On 7/6/15 the stand is no longer available. Called in and was told I could buy a universal part for approximately $50 more than original I ordered. I hung up!!!R

I ordered Cyber-Shot appplication softward for a Sony camera, to be installed on a Windows 7 computer. I received a disc for Windows XP and Vista. Very annoying.

I had ordered a product that was out of stock and would be restocking within a few days. The restock date was pushed back so I requested a cancellation to arrange for other methods. Customer Service was prompt and very understanding. I would do business with them again.
