Why so many poor reviews? They're not dated, so has something changed since the time those were written? I required a part for an AC/Heater compressor that was difficult to find. I found the part here with Encompass, in stock, and far cheaper than the one other place that had my part. The online order was easily accomplished and considering that it had to be shipped all the way across the US in crap weather, I received my part quickly. It was packaged securely, perhaps a little over kill in that regard. I would recommend Encompass Supply Chain Solutions and it shall be one of my first stops when seeking other needed parts or equipment.

Do not work with Encompass Supply Chain When seeking a replacement stand for a Sharp TV, Sharp reviewed e to Encompass After two weeks of delays and repeated calls to Encompass, I was able to find out that the part was not ordered in a timely manner from Sharp After minutes on the phone with people, they finally found the parts in receiving When I demanded that the mishandled order be cancelled, I was told that it would result in a restocking fee Finally speaking with Supervisor #4, she cancelled my order without fee Their customer service is deplorable Their processes are flawed Try [redacted] .com instead!
This company was offered a monopoly on certain Toshiba replacement products allowing them to charge an outrageous price for my laptop batteryDue to Toshiba's incompetency and this company taking advantage of a limited market, they charge $for something that should cost no more than $USD

I ordered Cyber-Shot appplication softward for a Sony camera, to be installed on a Windows 7 computer. I received a disc for Windows XP and Vista. Very annoying.
These Jokers took my order and information and never sent part - I had to call days later to find out it was on back-order with no date when the part would be sent Are you supposed to wait forever Also the customer rep seemed to be annoyed when I just said cancel the order and refund me Make sure they actually have the products they are seling
