We just received the letter in the mail as of 11/28/2016. Due to the holiday, no one was available to pick up the mail. We did not receive an email, only a letter by mail. I spoke to [redacted] today, once the letter was read, and she advised that due to not receiving the letter until... late that we would have an extended time to respond. I will be able to elaborate to the response in the morning 11/30/2016 with attachments on contact with the customer, as well as recorded calls. Regards, [redacted]
