On the 1st page of the lease under special provisions section #10 it states “In addition to monthly charges for Trash, Pest &/or Gas, you will be charged: new account fee not to exceed $3.50, monthly service fee not to exceed $6.00, final billing of $5.00.
Included with the lease is a lease addendum for Trash/Removal and Recycling Costs—Flat Fee. Section #3 on the addendum states- Flat fee for Trash/Recycling Costs. You agree to pay a monthly fee of $30.00 for the removal of trash and/or recycling for the apartment community.
