My wife and I listed our home for sale with Holly [redacted] at the recommendation of a mutual friendWe both have worked with many realtors in our lives with home salesand purchases but have never had a bad experience until we signed on with Holly Shortly after posting we noticed several errors in her listing of our home She was notified several times of the errors via phone, email, text, voice mail but she never corrected the errorsShe was also notified of our desire to lower the sale price via all the above channels and she never did thatAdditionally, we were promised open houses and those never materializedShe was never reachable or simply chose to dodge our phone calls, texts, voice mails, and emailsPick your reasonThis was the case over many weeks of her being our "Realtor." She did not meet the stipulations in our contract with herLiving miles away from our home, communication is cornerstone with a Realtor/Seller relationshipShe failed miserably at this

In I needed someone to manage my house as I received military orders to another stateI hired Holly as she was new to the business and was recommended to help her get startedI should have known from the beginning this was a bad ideaThe contract was only two pages and I never signed it and never received a copy after numerous attempts.There were many months that rent money was late or there was money missing and never received statementsMost recently the I decided to sell my house when the tenants lease was up in AugustIn June I stopped receiving rent moneyI called Holly every single day for a monthShe either did not answer her phone, or her vxmail was fullIn the end she allowed the tenants to stay in my house for free for two months and still owes me rent $ for July/Aug and the depositThe renters also stole my washer/dryer and trashed my house as well as killed my yard and I was fined by the HOA Holly is a scam artist and should not be in business

Encore Realty gave us a NSF check for rent that Holly Dalton collected She kept the keys to the rental houses, the deposits or the rental houses, and the rest of the rents, which we requested that she not collect She has not communicated with us regarding these problems since June 8, We have gone to her office but no one is thereWe changed property managers, and they have not been able to communicate with her either We are very unhappy about all of this

Holly [redacted] is the worse property manager I have ever dealt with! She was contracted to manage my home in CSprings until 12/1/I wanted to fire her more than once but she owed work from damages she did not charge the tenantI was afraid if I fired her the work would not get doneI should have fired her! Without my approval she allowed several people (not on the lease) live in the home & pets in a pet free homeShe sent me a fraudulent invoice with the home address/business name blocked outShe put a tenant at risk making him handle a skunk issue directlyMy homeowners insurance almost cancelled due to debris she let tenants pile up(truckloads of fire hazard materials) between the house/fence! The landscaped lawn is now dirt.Her response time is days/weeksShe has no accountability and blames her incompetence on anyone/anything she can, The only way I knew the condition of my home was through 3rd party infoMy home is now a hovel! I'm sickWON'T RECOMMEND HER EVER!!!

I am extremely unhappy and frustrated with Encore Properties, especially with Holly *** She never returns my calls, text messages, or emails, and her mailbox is always full so I can never leave her a voicemail She never sends me updates about the home and not to mention that we recently received a certificate of non-compliance from the PPRBD against the property due to the tenant Again, I am very dissatisfied and frustrated that I can never get a hold of Holly I even tried to contact Encore Properties directly but no one answered! We moved out of state about a year ago and I wanted a reliable property management to take care of my home but Encore Properties is not the answer! I am very concerned about our home and I want to terminate the management agreement with Encore Properties Can anyone please help me find a more reliable Property Management?

I have been renting through Encore Properties for yearsThis last month they stated that the online payment portal was down and to pay rent in personI went directly to Encore Properties and handed Holly *** $in cashShe updated the portal and gave me a receipt for my rentJust last week there was a knock on the door and I was informed that my rent was never paid to the property ownerHolly stole my rent money and kept my security deposit of $She had all but vanished and apparently I'm not the only person she is ripping offI saw her last Friday and she told me it would take her a few hours to gather my money and she would directly deliver it to the new property management company that has taken over the propertyShe never did that and I am waiting for the police to arrive and have her charged with theft

I have tried to reach my property manager, Holly *** of Encore Properties several timesI have called both her direct line and office number leaving messages on bothI have emailed her and other associates multiple times and even sent her a certified letter in the mailStill no responseBy HOA is behind with multiple late charges and legal fees and delinquent interestThe total for my HOA bill is over $She failed to pay that bill and my HOA is about to put a lien on my propertyColorado Springs Utilities has also sent us a bill even though we have not lived there since December She has failed to sent us a prorated check for March or deposit the money into our accounti had to pay our morgage to catch it upShe has not called or emailed in over a yearI dont even know who she has living in my house

Where do I start,
Encore property management is a trap to steal your moneyI looked online at this company and they said they have a A plus rating with the better business beauSo I would like to but an end to that mythHolly *** was the agent that was in charge of property management over my house that I was having rented outI am currently living out of state I could not get in touch with anyone at the company for over four months (over phone or email)When my house rental agreement was up she never even called to say the renters were outAlso in the renter agreement there was a paid fee to go to the maintenance of my yardShe pocketed that money, and my yard is now over grown and I still can't get in touch with her to go over what status my house is inHolly *** failed to complete the job she agreed to doThus leaving me in the dark and basically robbing meShe should not be allowed to use her realtor license and not be a property manager as she is untrustworthy
