Brian is a life saver!!! He came highly recommended by a close church friend. He heard my circumstance, and was able to squeeze me in to meet my needs and my schedule. He did an amazing job and is a joy to work with. I highly recommend him and his company for any and all your roofing needs.

We are very impressed with Brian from Encore Roofs. Despite an already full schedule, he went beyond our expectations to quickly repair roofing damage that had been caused by high winds. He also provided photos of his work. Trustworthy, honest and excellent customer service.

I called Encore Roofs for a estimate to repair some damaged shingles, roof vents and pipe vents. I left Brian a message and he called back in a reasonable time, he was able to come to check out the roof that same day and put us on his schedule. He was very professional, performed quality work at a reasonable price, plus it was done fast.

Brian is a professional in all ways! He responded to my call within hours and repaired a leaking skylight as well as replace old and cracked vent hardware to prevent additional leakage. He did the job quickly and at a very fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend him!

Brian returned my call promptly. He came out when he said he would and call approximately an hour ahead of his scheduled arrival. Brian at Encore Roofs does an OUTSTANDING job. I was selling a house this winter and I needed to have some roof work done after the sale inspection. Unfortunately, it had snowed out of season this February and I couldn't get anyone to help me, until I found Brian. I used a pressure washer with hot water and melted the snow around the trouble spots, and then Brian came out, on a day's notice and in the freezing weather, and climbed on my mostly snow-covered roof to repair it. Not only did he fix the items flagged in the inspection, but he also painted the flashings and vents to all match, so they would look nice for the home sale. He did a fantastic job and didn't charge me extra for the short notice. I was able to close on the house sale only because of Brian. I whole-heartedly recommend him for any roofing job!

Brian did a great job on my patio cover, which was covered with snow and ice. He also cleared the ice dam on my roof . I would recommend him to anyone.

Brian was able to get out during an extremely busy time due to the excessive snowfall over the past few weeks. He removed excessive drifted snow and ice from parts of the roof, including an ice-dam that was forming. Very personable and professional and would hire again without hesitation

I had a large amount of snow and ice on my very steep roof. Brian was quick to respond to my inquiry and work tirelessly for over three hours in cold and slick conditions to clear a ton of snow off my roof. Very professional and courteous.

I can't say enough good things about Brian (the owner of Encore Roof). He knew I was shopping around, but he still took the time to give me advice and some guidance as far as what to look for and some things to consider when evaluating roofers. I spent a good amount of time on the phone with him throughout the process and he was willing to go into detail about some of the options I had and what items would be most critical/useful for my budget and situation.

Brian is the sort of old-school craftsman who is knowledgeable about his trade and proud of the work he produces. He's also a good business owner in general, who is happy to reply promptly and thoroughly to questions or concerns.

He did not try to upsell me (which is one thing that a number of other local companies were pushy about), and one thing I really appreciated was how thoughtful he was through the entire process.

Some specifics that I really appreciated and wanted to mention:

- He knew I was concerned with the color of my shingles and flashing (mostly because of how indecisive my wife and I were with picking a colour), so he took the initiative to show me how the new shingle color looked with the existing patio cover that I wasn't replacing just to be sure I was happy before he proceeded.

- He also took the time to double-check with me regarding the color of flashing I had originally requested because it was going to clash with the color siding of my house, which I greatly appreciated because it would have looked strange if he didn't catch my mistake.

- As I mentioned initially, he was happy to speak with me extensively about roofing in general to help me become better educated about the project I was shopping for.

This is turning into a somewhat long and rambling review, so I will leave it with this short summary:

Brian is a great tradesman and a pleasant person in general to deal with. His prices were in line or lower with the other half-dozen estimates that I received, but I would have still went with him if he were more expensive because the peace of mind and pleasantness of the entire project would have been well worth it.

We contacted Encore Roofing’s owner, Brian, for an estimate to re-shingle our roof. Brian came to the house promptly at the assigned time, took measurements, took notice of dips in the roof that we pointed out to him and discussed various remedies. Within a day Brian returned with an estimate for the job; plus we discussed possibilities involving the visible dips in the existing roof. We spoke by phone and decided to begin work the following Monday. Brian said he would order the materials and we could give him a check for ½ the estimate when he arrived to begin work that Monday and we would sign the contract at that time.
True to his word, Brian’s crew and the materials were ready to go that Monday morning. As we expected, when the old shingles were removed Brian found some problems with the sheeting and some beams. He informed us of the problems with pictures and verbally. Together we made a decision on the best course of action to remedy the situation.
By Thursday our roof was completed, as promised by Brian. The problems that had been anticipated cost less than $800 above the original estimate to correct.
By the way, each day they cleaned up so that you wouldn’t know they had been there.
We would gladly and wholeheartedly recommend Encore Roofing to anyone who asks us about our experience. Our roof looks terrific.

We had Brian clean gutters and install a new down spout. While he was here I asked him to check my shop roof for leaks. I asked him for an estimate for repair and had him come back to do that job as well. Competent, polite andprofessional

Brian responded within a few hours to my call. I needed a roof inspection after a night of wind. He looked on the roof and also inside attic. He was able to take care of gutter cleaning at the same time. Brian is kind, friendly and honest. I wouldnt hesitate to call him again. He is my roof and gutter guy!!

High winds lifted and curled back 5 or 6 asphalt roof shingle tabs on my home. I asked Encore Roofs to replace the damaged shingles and then inspect the rest of the roof for needed repairs.

Encore Roofs was better than punctual. Brian came the day before our scheduled appointment, matched and replaced the damaged shingles before the rain that was forecast on our appointment date. He also replaced a cracked pipe boot and caulked several cracked plastic roof vents at no additional charge.

I showed up and I so they were going to in fact little bit early they did the job and excellent efficient manner the little extra inspection and charged us exactly what they said they would very prompt I would definitely use these people again

Pretty good outfit which is hard to find these days. Honest and hard working. Very knowalable in his craft.
