I dealt with End2End spa covers in the purchase of a new cover for my swim spa. The spa cover was ordered over the phone easily. All instructions were gone over on the initial phone call, length of time to produce my cover, how it would ship, how it would be crated and what to do when crate arrived.
The cover arrived in the window of time originally discussed. I was called 4 days prior to cover arriving and told exactly when it would arrive how to check for shipping damage etc.
The cover arrived on time beautifully crated and with complete step by step instructions how to uncrate and install.
The installation went seamlessly and the spa cover was perfect.
It was a JOY to deal with a company that cares about their reputation and does exactly as they promise!!

From day one they did a fantastic job of sharing and describing their swim spa cover . I talked with at least 3 different people and all were very helpful and customer friendly . Once I placed my order and let them know when my spa would they went over and beyond my expectations to produce and deliver to the same date . Cover was packed very well in wood create and arrived in good order . The cover seem to be a quality product . In early January I discovered a possible issue with our End 2 End Swim Spa cover. I contacted the company and left a voice mail and returned my call within minutes.
Within 2 hours of sending photos and video of our concerns, I received a phone call from one of the owners (David). He apologized for the issues we were experiencing and said that they would manufacture us a new pool cover, have it freighted to our home, and arrange return shipment, all at no cost to us.
The End 2 End's "hassle free no questions asked" resolution was a very positive experience is a testament to a customer focused executive group and dedicated support team!!!! ","pos-5

I would like to provide a best ever rating for the folks at End 2 End Swim Spas. I have had their cover for about a year now and it looks brand new. It is easy to use, sturdier than I imagined, and just plain good-looking. Their representative was extremely helpful in the ordering process - I gave him measurements and he tracked down theswim spa model and tailored the over to assure a perfect fit. The cover was delivered in a box that was so sturdy that I am still using the materials for building project ts around my house. It is more expensive than the traditional flapper covers but this is truly a case of "you get what you pay for." The company asked if they could use me for a reference - their perspective client called and I invited her to come and see it (I'm really proud of it). She am out, checked it out, and ordered one the next day. Again - nothing but kudos because this thing is great.
