We are sorry there was such a misunderstanding and that you and [redacted] did not properly understand the rules. We were never notified that there would be three adults, three children, and two dogs moving in with you and [redacted]. As for the repairs you have mentioned, you nor [redacted] would allow us...
in the yard and certainly not in the house to see what needed repaired without screaming and berating us. We never asked you and [redacted] to leave, we did however tell you that the extra occupants could not stay. If you feel being told they had to leave was harassment and mistreatment we apologize.
