Review: I am filing a complaint due to poor customer service and poor quality furniture. I purchased 2000.00 $ worth of furniture in June 2014. 1) The recliner I picked out is not the one they ordered. I paid 600.00 plus 50.00 for material. I made the mistake of waiting too long to report the issue. 2) The recliner is falling apart. We are two adults. Military we have not been home except a week here a week there since June. I am very shocked that corporate is not willing to work out a solution to prove their integrity as a business. I also paid extra for warranty on both pieces of furniture.Desired Settlement: Refund would be perfect.
