I’m confused by this complaint as this person attempted to do an improper settlement with us and was instructed to contact the collection agencyWe are forbidden from discussing the debt once it is in collection as per our contract with themNO MENTION OF BANKRUPTCY was made or she would have received the same answer, contact the collection agency I am attaching the last notice we received of FILING and have not received any DISCHARGE on her bankruptcyIf she has a discharge she can contact the collection agency and email me a copy to [redacted] m We take great pride in servicing out customers, current and former, with honesty, compassion and care If we have made a mistake we will gladly correct it immediately It is unfortunate that her past choices have caused her so much difficulty now in her time of need, however, I cannot do for her what I cannot do for everyone and she will have to deal with the collection agency I understand this may be frustrating but I will not breach my contract with the collection agency or any other for that matterMaybe she will finally realize that blaming me for her choices isn’t going to help her get that apartment Whenever she is ready to take care of her responsibility, whether to pay or provide the discharge, we will gladly consider any settlement or correction our collection agency sends us!
