I AM ANSWERING BACK TO THE COMPLAIN FROM MISS [redacted] SMART ST #6WE HAVE PROBLEM WITH HER PAYING RENT SINCE SHE MOVE IN .1- WHEN SHE MOVE IN SHE COMPLAIN THAT'S $600/M RENT IS HIGH IT SHOULD BE $ WE WENT TO COURT THE JUDGE EVICT HER TO MOVE OUT SHE TALK TO ME TO LET HER STAY IN THE APT AND SHE WILL PAY $600/M2-NOW WE HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEMTHE RENT IS DUE THE FIRST OF THE MONTH, SHE PAY THE 15TH OR 18TH OF THE MONTH AS SHE PLEASE AND SHE DEDUCT $FOR CHEMICAL WE FEEL WE ARE THE TENANT AND SHE IS THE LAND LORDSO I FILE IN COURT FOR DELINQUENT OF PAYMENT AGAINST HER, THE JUDGE ORDER HER AGAIN TO LEAVE THE APT THE 8TH OF SEPTEMBERI GAVE HER MORE CHANCES BUT I FAIL.THAT'S THE END OF THE STORY [redacted] ** [redacted] ,texas [redacted]

yes the cash price they get discount for cash when they pay buy credit card they pay the credit price and the cashier explain that to him

I’m answering Complaint ID All the excuses of his son, his job, and him finding reasons to back out came after he signed all the contracts and drove the carHe signed “As Is” paperworkWe told him that if he doesn’t want the car that is fineWe will keep the credit for him in house

I am rejecting this response because:we don't want any of his cars, we are not satisfied with his business ethics, we don't plan on doing any business with guyHe tried to scam my son without me being there I made a visit to him about the contract , letting him know that it wasn't right to write up a contract on a dollar car and that's when he desire to sell it for dollarsWe don't want any dealings with this business, we prefer to receive our dollars backI wasn't satisfied with that car as soon as I saw itWe returned it the next business day.

Today at 10:38am I stopped to get fuel at their location advertising $per gallonAfter pay with my check card at the pump and fueling the price changed to $per gallonThis was not posted anywhereWhen I seen this on the receipt I went insideWhen I asked for the difference I was told they couldn't do anything about itThey said the price is cash only

I came in for a state inspection and the guy charged me $I thought it was strange because usually inspections are $He said "your gyrem is heating up"I told him I didn't order anythingI just wanted an inspectionHe said, " well it's already heating upYou can't take it back now." He wouldn't give me my money back for something that I didn't even orderI wasn't going to argue with him for the money, but I should haveI went home with a bag of chips and a burrito that looks like it has grilled boudain skin and some other gross stuff in itI called the police about it and they told me they couldn't do anything if he decides not to give my money backThe police officer that came by my house told me that there had been many complaints before me about the owner, Endari
