Endeavor House

Review: While being in treatment with Endeavor House I had a concern about billing of Lab testing. I asked neumorous times who would be responsible for these bill and I was told by the counselors that it would be taken care of. I was assured time and time again that the lab testing would be covered by the company and not to worry about it. I asked over and over time and time again and again was assured it would be ok. I explained that I was on a fixed income and that if I were to be held responsible for these bills I would have to leave the program. For a while it was covered and then they changed the lab they were useing. There was no communication of the change of lab. The way the company is set up makes it look as if they have in house lab testing. Too the blind eye everything seems ok and then when you get out you recieve an enormous bill. I dont feel that I should be held responsible for the billing that was accumulated while I was in this program. I feel I was misled into believing testing would be covered by Endeavor House. . I was in their out patient program in which requires you to be tested 3-5 days a week. That becomes costly. As I said if I was told they were changing labs I would have discontinued my time with the program Immidiatly. I believe people that are in this program are being misled and changes within the company must be made to enssure the people are aware of what they are getting themselves into when they sign on the line.Desired Settlement: I Request that the bill be wiped clear because of failure to communicate changes in writting within the company in which if I had known the changes were being made I would have discontinued service with the comapany.
