My wife and I went down to Endicott to buy a chairthe sales women asked what we were looking for I said it was for my wife, she asked "than what are you doing here" real professional We picked out a chair and were told by people that if it was in NJ it would take to weeks to get itTook a month for the chair to get in NH and we received no call from the storeAll they had to say when we called to find out where our chair was, " we cant't control the trucking" So then why do you tell people weeks when you know it will take longerThey will say and do anything to sell there productI called and spoke to [redacted] who he said was a manager and he was all apologetic, but when my wife picked up the chair and complained and asked for a rebate he said he couldn't do that, he wasn't a managerLong story short, Endicott Furniture has no idea what customer service is, they will say and do anything to sell there furniture
Great experience shopping with Endicott through the sale and delivery They carried the mattress we were looking for and provided excellent delivery serviceCareful, courteous and professional drivers who took care to avoid tracking mud/snow and helped by moving our old mattress out As a former furniture mover myself, I am very aware of how guys can either do this job right or not I will gladly shop with Endicott again
