On the above mentioned claim an error on my part was made on sending an unsatisfactory resolution on approximately noon March 2,2016! I now completely read and understood the bussiness-Endicott Inn-response and completely agree on the resolution and conclude that this issue is totally resolved! Again,I [redacted] ***filler of complaint number [redacted] is totally satisfied with the Endicott Inns response and conclude this disposition with satisfactory!

Response taken by phone: We took this complaint rather seriously We had the room inspected prior to the consumer moving in and there were no bugs We had him bag up and clean all his things and moved him to a room that had been inspected We then called to have this room exterminatedWe believed we have resolve this matter and the consumer is satisfied
