Please see att***edTo Whom it may concern,In response to complaint ID #: [redacted] Endless Creations was unable to forge a professional stylist­ client relationship with this customer This customer signed up for our Hair For Life Membership Program February 24, which requires a set monthly recurring [redacted] transaction fee The customer completed a signed authorization form which allowed her to choose the recurring payment date that best suited her financial needs.In exchange EndlessCreations provided Hair Extension maintenance services, removals and re installation services every 2-months based on the method of installation and the customers' desired reinstallation frequency.This customer signed up to pay $a month due on the February24, After signing up and receiving her 2"d installation, she wanted to order custom new hair in a curlytextureThe customer requested to make payments on her new hair order which cost $ Endless Creations allowed the customer to do our [redacted] which allowed her to put 30% down and make bi-weekly payments on the balance After the 30% down this customer got weeks behind in her payments and was informed that she could not hold an appointment slot without her hair being paid for fully.After the final payment was received for the Hair Purchase we booked her for an install on May 4, Her New Hair Extensions were custom colored,dried, and installed in her hair The customer loved her hair and even sent picture wearing the hair on May 9,On May 20, the customer emailed our appoinment desk team and informed them that her extensions were tangling and she scheduled a consultation to have us look at her hair.At her consultation she was inform ECS that she slept on her extensions and she was informed that this is most likely the cause of her tangling She was also informed that there is no way the hair was damaged due to the fact that they were custom colored If the hair was of poor quality there is not way that the hair would have upheld a custom color service ECS agreed to do offer her new hair and reinstall at that time because she was a member of our Hair For Life Program.On May 23, during her consultation she never mentioned her upcoming Hair For Life payment.She allowed the payment to go through and her bank sent the [redacted] transactions through timesand she believed the EndlessCreations was chargingher times ECS tried to explain to her that this is an electronic check and that she would need to speak with her Financial InstituteThe customer became unreasonable because she believed we were charging her.This customer was also informed that she had to pay all the NSF fees and the monthly payment before we would proceed with any servicesDue to this customers' negative approach, mindset and temperament regarding [redacted] transaction procedures, account delinquency, and adhering to Endless Creations Hair For Life Membership program and booking requirements made it difficult to forge a successful professional relationshipEndless Creations terminated the business relationship on June 7,2016.Endless Creations stands behind our policies Human Hair is not refundableThe customer has 1week to notify us if she is unsatisfiedThis customer notified us days after her installation.Endless Creations' position in this matter is that the customer still has possession of the hair she purchased Endless Creations is not willing to move forward with doing business with this customer.Kind Regards,Felecie F [redacted] ECS Owner480-269-

which requires  a set monthly recurring [redacted] transaction fee.  The customer completed a signed authorization form  which allowed her to choose the recurring payment date that best suited her financial needs.In exchange EndlessCreations provided Hair Extension maintenance services, removals and re installation services every 2-3 months  based on the method of installation and the customers'  desired reinstallation frequency.This customer  signed up to pay $77.00 a month  due on the February24, 2016.  After signing up and receiving her 2"d installation, she wanted to order custom new hair in a curlytexture. The customer requested to make payments on her new hair order 
which cost $353.50  . Endless Creations allowed the customer to do our [redacted] which allowed her to put 30% down and make bi-weekly payments on the balance.  After the 30% down this customer got 3 weeks behind  in her payments and was informed that she could not hold an appointment slot without her hair being paid for fully.After the final payment was received for the Hair Purchase we booked her for an install on May 4, 2016. Her New Hair Extensions were custom colored,dried, and installed in her hair.  The customer loved her hair and even sent picture wearing  the hair on May 9,2016. On May 20, 2016 the customer  emailed our appoinment desk team and informed them that her extensions were tangling and she
scheduled a consultation to have us look at her hair.At her consultation she was inform ECS that she slept on her extensions and she was informed that this is most likely the cause of her tangling.  She was also
informed that there is no way the hair was damaged due to the fact that they were custom colored.  If the hair was of poor quality  there is not way that the hair would have upheld a custom color service.  ECS agreed to do offer  her new hair and reinstall at that time because she was a member  of our Hair For Life Program.On May 23, 2016 during her consultation she never mentioned her upcoming Hair For Life payment.She allowed the payment to go through and her bank sent the [redacted] transactions  through  3 timesand she believed the EndlessCreations was chargingher 3 times.  ECS tried to explain to her that this is an electronic check and that she would need to speak with her Financial Institute. The customer became unreasonable because she believed we were charging her.This customer  was also informed that she had to pay all the NSF fees and the monthly payment before we would proceed with any services. Due to this customers' negative approach, mindset  and temperament regarding [redacted] transaction procedures, account delinquency, and adhering 
to Endless Creations Hair For Life Membership program and booking requirements made it difficult to forge a successful professional relationship. Endless Creations terminated the business relationship on June 7,2016.Endless Creations stands behind our policies.  Human Hair is not refundable. The customer has 1week to notify us if she is unsatisfied. This customer notified us 16 days after her installation.Endless Creations' position in this matter is that the customer still has possession of the hair she purchased.  Endless Creations is not willing to move forward with doing business with this customer.Kind Regards,Felecie F[redacted]ECS Owner480-269-7542
