Endless Vacation Rentals - Huge Ripoff
Husband and I paid $3000 AUD in 2019 for a Wyndham timeshare trial for accommodation in Hawaii. Couldn't travel as covid restrictions were in place 2020 when we had our accommodation booked in Kauai and Waikiki. Instead of giving us a credit for the $3000 we were given a certificate for a week with Endless Vacation Rentals. It was expected that there would be no additional charge for any accommodation especially as we'd lost $5000 AUD for a trip through no fault of our own which had to be cancelled by the World Health Organisation. This certificate is worthless as I've tried to book from a limited stock in Australia and now to stay at this place I have to pay $1500 AUD for the week. If I were to book the same Wyndham Resort, it would probably be only $1500 AUD so what value does the Certificate from Endless Vacation Rentals have? Absolutely nothing! It seems to me that the company is a sham! Nowhere on the certificate details does it say that there would be charges assigned to the ''gift" Unhappy Ozzie, Glenys Thomas

I am writing to provide you an update on a customer complaint sent to me in the attached correspondence. According to the document, [redacted] had contacted you about a concern she had with Endless Vacation Rentals.com It appears that the customer asked to cancel their... travel reservation on April 17th, 2015. On that same day, our customer service team had processed a credit in the amount of $763.99 (the total amount of the transaction) as requested. Once the credit was submitted (4/17/15) to the merchant, we did reach out to Mrs. [redacted] via email to notify her and to explain that the funds should be credited back to her account within 7-14 business days. According to our records, this concern has been addressed and resolved. Can you please update your files accordingly or let us know if there is further action needed on our part. Do not hesitate to reach out to me with questions.

I was given a certificate as a "gift" from WorldMark the club. I was told it was a transferrable vacation certificate wherein we could book 90 days in advance. My son is getting married and I thought he would use it for his honeymoon. They have been trying to book for over 1 month. I called Endless vacation rentals, and the first rep told me that my certificate had been upgraded to a 90 day certificate and I need not worry. Called in again and spoke with a gentleman and he said that I was only 1/2 right-- the certificate can only be booked 90 days in advance IF you pay a fee to upgrade. Not what I was told, not what is written on my certificate. I escalated to a supervisor, Natasha --3rd person at the company that could do nothing about it. I have been involved in time share/vacation scams before. Is this a bait and switch? Or just plain false advertising?

Review: I contacted the company on 4/2 to make changes to my reservation. I spoke with [redacted] who was less than helpful and when asked to speak to a supervisor he told me he was one. I made changes to my reservation that day. I received a call on 4/17 with questions regarding my changes. I was to receive a refund for the day I took off of the reservation and never received that either. The company still had not contacted the hotel with my date changes. My trip was 9 days away at this point. I spoke to a supervisor who asked if [redacted] was a supervisor and she said no. So I was mislead. [redacted] kept saying that they just needed to confirm my date changes. I explained why 2 weeks later, this will put me in a bind if the Hotel does honor tickets to disney now that I have taken a day off and now I will have 9 days to come up with the money for tickets. They did not seem to understand that the delay in them contacting the hotel could cause me to loose the tickets, and leave me scrambling to get tickets. I then asked for her supervisor of which she said she didn't know who that was. I received a call back from her manager and she refused to waive the $99 cancellation fee even though these were their errors.Desired Settlement: I just want the $99 fee waived, or refunded at this point.

Review: My wife made reservations one month in advance to stay at the Holiday In in Pigeon Forge TN. On March 4th 2014, after 2 weeks of not receiving a confirmation email address she returned the call and was informed that this particular Holiday Inn no longer has a room for us however were would get a room reserved to sleep four and another Holiday Inn with comparable price and an indoor heated pool. After not again receiving a confirmation email she called again and spoke with [redacted] who now states that they only have a room with one king size bed that on sleeps 2 people and not four. She offered a Hotel Pigeon Forge with an outdoor pool which was not acceptable to us as it is too cool to swim outdoors in March. This company refused to make any other accommodations’ to help us and has ruined our spring break. I called [redacted] back and received the same information that my wife [redacted] did and there was no compromising from their mistake. [redacted] refused to let me speak to her superiorDesired Settlement: I now want a week’s stay free of charge in a suite that sleeps four people, indoor heated pool and hot tub, free breakfast, and four tickets to the Dixie stampede all redeemable as our discretion of dates. They have cost our family time and undo stress and need to now go above and beyond to make things right. I want a direct apology from [redacted] without excuses that she failed to make suitable effort to correct her companies mistakes. I want to know that their customer service is guaranteed.
