My office was notified of the lost hearing aids on February 19, per our chart record and warranty replacement paperworkReplacement aids were ordered at that timeIt takes several weeks for aids to come in and be programmed for fittingThe replacement aids are in the office and the patient had been notified via telephone that they were ready for pickupHe was called again today 4/25/and informed via telephone that the aids are readyHe states that he is sickHis aids are in office, programmed and ready for pick up.I do not know why the complaint states dates in November or Feb 1, Our notification of loss was on Feb 19,

Refund issuedThis patients chart was pending further contact from her insurance company ***I hade not been notified by my staff of her attempts to get this money refunded and could have easily issued it at any time during our ongoing contacts regarding her care
