This was addressed to the incorrect dentist, as Dr*** was the one who did the work, so he didn't see it until Dr*** opened it and saw it wasn't for him. Dr*** saw it yesterday, the day he left for vacation. I am well aware of this issue, and he was going to speak to the
office manager. He returns back on June 6th. From what I know, the office manager contacted the insurance company who said he is in charge and responsible for the insurance. When Dr*** returns, I will get a response that same day, and I will be sure to come back

We are specialist and he was refereed to us from another office. We go through a list of questions with every patient. When he called to make the appointment he was told we accept MetLife, but we are not in Metlife's network. That can cause more out of pocket expenses. After they paid it appears he...

had an addition out of pocket expense.He did have more out of pocket because we were not in network. The total price was $915, and he was sent a statement to take care of the balance of $262.50 after the insurance paid the other amount. He did pay this but he was upset about us not being in the network. We tell ever patient if we are in their network. That is our normal protocol. We only charged him what his insurance did not pay.
