*** *** is indeed a past client of ours She came to us for assistance with a pending auction date on her property Through our hard work, we were able to get the auction extended on her property multiple times in order to facilitate a short sale We were successful in saving
her house from foreclosure and sold her house via a short sale This was a huge win for her otherwise she faced severe consequences if the house would have been foreclosed on.
Since the selling of her house, we have made phone calls to her One on 2/21/14, in which we did not get ahold of her, and the 2nd call was made on 6/25/in which she informed us she did not want to be called again, so we have removed her from our database We were simply calling her to see how she was doing since it had been a while since the sale of her home and was hoping to get her birthdate in order to send her a birthday gift
We have already accommodated her request back on 6/25/14, so not sure why she even filed a complaint
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I would not have contacted the Revdex.com if the calls had ceased, so obviously they were unaware that more unsolicited calls were being placed to my home and my cell number. I have not been contacted again by them since I filed this complaint, so I would like to leave it posted so they don't forget not to call me in the future.
Regards,
