We thank you for the opportunity to address this matterWhen our customers fill out our order form online at www.alphalimit.com they are prompted to check a box which states that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions, and the terms are then summarized next to the check box, which is required to be selected in order to properly submit the credit card informationWe have submitted documentation (attached) with the proper screen shots showing this information.We did receive contact from customer on 7/27, which we provided return merchandise authorization and advised the customer to return merchandise per our day money back guaranteeWe also cancelled the customer from any future orders and transactions, per Mr***'s request on 7/Our terms do state "I am at least years of ageI understand that in days I will be billed the discounted price of $This is a one time charge and I will not be charged again unless I place another order"This is the summarization of the terms from the order submission page, which a screen shot is also attachedWe did apply a credit of $in good faith, and the customer will not be receiving anything furtherPlease do not hesitate to reach out, should there be any further questions.Thank you

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
egarding case number [redacted], dated 11/14/15: Alpha Limit stated that they will refund the funds taken from my checking account within 3 to 5 business days. As of this day, (Dec 13, 2015), I have yet to receive any refund by check or deposit. Alpha Limit also had stated the dates of the transactions wrong on their report. According to my checking account statement, the first transaction for $4.95 was on October 13 2015 and the second transaction on November 09, 2015 for $133.20. I no longer have the credit card that was compromised for that transaction, but the last four numbers were "[redacted]" and was a [redacted]. Card was also under my full name [redacted].
