each geust at teh time of reservation that does list the date of arrival. As for the cancellation request for the reservation we do always provide a cancellation number to the guest at the time of cancellation and we do always send a cancellation e-mail for our guests records. We do have a correct e-mail address on file that the guest would have received a cancellation letter at if they did cancel with the hotel.

As I have reported, I made a reservatioin for Aug *, which is the only date of my family reunion. I would not have made a reservation for august [redacted]. I cancelled my reservation by phone two days before the reservation or even before, since I wrote myself a note to call to cancel and I crossed that note out when I cancelled. The person who put in my reservation put it in for the wrong date. Also, the person I spoke to to let them know the date was wrong, Sasha, was disrespectful and rude. I would never stay there nor would I recommend it to anyone.
