Energec Appliance Pro's

This company was contracted through our warranty provider to repair our gas cook top. The came to the first appointment, collected the $100 deductible, advised parts would be ordered to make repairs. They failed to follow up for over a month when repeatedly contacted for updates, did not show for the 2 appointments that were scheduled, and then without notification passed our service repairs on to another third party company without consent to start the process over again. This company is not responsible or responsive and should improve their customer service/relations. We would like the $100 deductible refunded for services NOT rendered.
