I know we had discussed obtaining the last years bills, however after looking at the one and only bill that mattered I think we have enough to close this caseThis system was installed feb or march of last yearShe sent you
bills for all of and some of If you look at just her bill from Jan the charges we as follows:
on peak usage
off peak usage
energy efficiency program charges of ( from her power company not us )
nuclear power plant cost
at a rate of $kWh
Her total bill for Jan of was $
in Jan of
on peak usage ( a difference of or 39% decrease )
off peak usage ( a difference of or 10% decrease ) total of 49% decrease in usage from the prior year because of our products
energy efficiency program charges went up to $( $higher than the year before)
nuclear power plant program charges went up to $( $higher that the year before )
at a rate of $kWh
Her total bill in Jan of was $(
Her total bill even with her kWh cost more than tripling from the year before, and the cost for the programs and surcharges that her power company charged , that have nothing to do with us, she still lowered her bill $I would love to see the previous bill as well, but I think the reason she is not providing them is because she knows that her bills have decreased dramaticallyWe have offered to show her this but she is not cooperatingIf she will provide the months before our system was installed I would be more than happy to analyze them for her, however, every minute I spend on tis os costing me time and money I could be using elsewhereI think this is pretty obvious that she is not wanting to pay the loan to the bank she cosigned for her husband before he passed,
Please advise that the bill is not in her name it is in her husbands name, as well as the contract I have with her husbandShe is not even my customer technically

as she ask me toand I also sent them to youI am not good with my computer at home so you need to call meAs far as *** wasting time on this complaint I think customer relations is by far the most important thing hereJason was by no means a good representative of thisThis is not a jokeI am tired of paying more for something that is not workingI have every bill needed for you if you want themcall me

as far as looking at the one bill how can he say I saved any moneyIt was installed in April of 04/19/to be correctIt was not Feb or March & it took them or months to install the fan

Thank you for the replyOur products fall under the Magnus VsMoss act ( a Supreme Court ruling ) stating nothing about our products could ever cause harm to an air conditioning systems, therefor it would be illegal for her air conditioning co to void a warrantyThat Supreme Court ruling protects her and I from that
We have made numerous attempts to help herAll she wants is money and we have provided her with exceptional service, and based in the and only Untiliy bill that actually showed her usage before and after the system was installed, it proved that it's working !!!!!!!
I will send her a copy of our warranty ( for the 3rd time) and will also provide the Magnus vsMoss act paperwork
She is being rediculous and starting to wear in my patientsI would do anything for a customer if they were not seeing results but she is out of line

I am terribly sorry to hear about his complaint !!It is no excuse, however, we recently went though some major staff changes, and unfortunately you had to be the victim of our miscommunicationI am going to have our operations manager call
today and figure out what we can do to fist the problem, but most importantly restore the relationshipI wish that this didn't happen and am very sorry

Yes and NO I wanted a written paper to confirmed that the contract has been cancelBecause the billing Company states they are waiting thru e-mails to be notified that the contract was cancelI am getting the royal run a round between the two business
